10000-16210 Spacer
Food grade lube
Procedure
Step 1:
Remove group cover by loosening the three Philips screws. Set the screws and group standoffs aside.
Step 2:
Remove lock screw.
Remove lock screw.
Step 3:
Insert hex key and fully unscrew tension nut. Keep your hand underneath and hold the magnetic tongue to ensure the lower components don't fall.
Step 4:
For the annual PM service, replace and apply food grade lube to the Teflon washer and black spacer. Make sure to keep all parts and washers in the correct order.
Step 5:
Insert magnetic tongue, stem and washer assembly through the group cover. Slide actuator back over and reattach tension screw.

Step 6:
Place group standoffs and reinstall group cover to machine. Adjust actuator tension. Tighten lock screw.
