Catch Test

What does a catch test tell us?
A catch tests tells us a lot of information in a little amount of time. Mainly if there is any restriction of flow anywhere in the brew system. If we know the flow path is clear, we can troubleshoot elsewhere. Alternatively, if we know there is restriction in the water path, we have isolated the issue and can work to find where the root cause is.
