Cleaning Drain Box, Single Group

Cleaning Drain Box

Time: 5-10 minutes

Tools Needed: #2 Phillips Screwdriver 
                         Pick 
The reason for leaking from the front left corner is likely caused by blockage of drain box tube, which located between machine and drip tray.  In order to clear the clog, Follow these instructions: 
 - Remove your cup tray cover 
-  Remove top front panel by using screwdriver 
  

-  Look for the drain box (See pic below), and see if the water level is too high.  
 

- If yes, there is a block which can be cleaned by using a pick.  Remove drip tray cover and look for the drain box tube (Black tube). Insert a pick into the drain tube, careful not to break the tube. Remove and reinsert 4 times to clear anything out. After tube been cleaned, please turn paddle to left position for test.
