Crating Instructions

  1. Drain all boilers
    1. Steam Tanks
    2. Groups
    3. Preheat [Espresso only]
  2. Set the crate bottom on top of the crate top

  4. Remove feet from the machine: All 4 feet on the Slayer Steam. Two on the Slayer V3 and Single Group. Front Right and Rear left. 
  5. Insert bolts into the foot holes without washers. This helps in positioning the machine over the bolt holes

  7. Lower machine onto the crate bottom
  8. Remove bolts from feet, install two flat washers and reinsert bolts tightening down to the crate bottom. 

  10. Ziptie the machine lines
    1. Slayer Steam: Ziptie all cables, water lines, and drain lines and put under the machine
    2. V3: Ziptie power cords and place under machine. Remove drain lines and water feed lines and place in goodie box


  13. Place portafilters and all accessories in goody box
  16. Place foam covers over steam and water wands and rubber band to the group head
  17. Place foam covers under the cup tray

  19. Place goody box on top of machine and velcro strap to the top of machine
  20. Attach the pump to the bottom of the crate with screws

  22. Cover the machine in plastic wrap and tape around the bottom of the machine

  24. With two people lift the machine off the crate top and set on the ground
  25. Lift the crate top and drop down over the crate bottom making sure to seat it properly
  26. Secure with two screws, using flat washers, to each bottom leg of the crate
