Hard Reset Procedure Steam EP

Turn off breaker switch, and main power
Hold the water button and the toggle button at the same time

Have someone switch on main power, hold until you read "Preset Done"

Turn off the main power, wait 10 seconds, turn on power and you'll see Steam_EP 1.09 and No Serial Number

The screen will revert to switched off menu. From switched off press and hold the encoder knob for 10 seconds.

Set the number of groups

Verify correct transducer type

Insert serial number. Typical serial numbers are 4 digits. Add a zero on the first number then serial number. 
Scroll to exit menu, Press the encoder.
Press the encoder again to initialize machine
From main menu press encoder to "enter menu"


Press the encoder again and scroll to "brew temp offset"

Press the encoder for specific group and enter the offset provided. Please note if the offset is negative. 

Press and hold the encoder to revert to main menu.
