Replacing Level Probe, Single Group

30000-20170 Level Probe, Single Group
46000-50150 Gasket for Level Probe

Tools Needed:


Small adjustable wrench



Step 1: Unplug machine from power source


Step 2: Disconnect terminal from level probe


Step 3: Use adjustable wrench to remove level probe, 
making sure the wrench is level with the level probe. If the wrench is used at an angle, there is risk in breaking the fitting.


Step 4: Wrap the new level probe in 3 wraps of Teflon tape



Step 5: Install new level probe hand tight


Step 6: Tighten level probe with wrench a half turn or until resistance



Step 7: Turn on machine and look for leaks around the level probe. If the level probe is leaking, tighten slightly with a wrench.
