Reset Factory Default - Steam X, LP, & EP

Restoring factory default will reset all personal settings. Scroll through the menu settings and record the below information:
  1. Programed Recipes
  2. Brew Group Temperature Settings & Offsets
  3. Flowmeter Offsets
  4. Date & Time
  5. Power Save Schedules
Hard Reset

Step 1:
  1. Scroll to Switch Off.
  2. Press encoder, scroll to <YES> and select. 
  3. Display will show OFF and the time. 
From this menu, press and hold the encoder for 10 seconds to enter the deep menu.
Record following information:
  1. Serial Number
  2. Steam LP: FlowMeterRateG
Scroll to Exit Menu. Press the encoder.

Idea
You're now ready to reset the machine. 

Step 2:
  1. Turn OFF  voltage breaker.
  2. Turn OFF main power rocker switch.
  3. Turn ON the main power rocker switch while simultaneously pressing down the encoder knob and hot water button until the Group 1 display reads Preset Done.
  4. Release the buttons.
  5. Power cycle using main power rocker switch.
  6. Upon power cycling the machine. Group 1 will briefly prompt the firmware version and a blank serial number.
Step 3:
Re-enter the information:
  1. Serial Number
  2. Number of Groups
  3. Brew Temperature Offsets
  4. Flowmeter Offset
    1. Steam LP: FlowMeterRate G
