Error Code Identification - Steam Series


Steam Line Errors


Brew Temp AL1:
Group temp probe is interrupted or disconnected. Stops heating group. Check that the thermistor is connected, Molex pins are in place and wires are snug.

Brew Temp AL2:
Group temp probe has a short circuit. Stops heating group. Check thermistor in group, see if wires are pinched or cut, shorting against each other.

↑STM:
Filling timeout after four minutes. Stops heating machine. Check water path to machine.

STM AL1:
Transducer is disconnected or interrupted. Check connections at the board, check Molex pins are in place and wires are snug.

STM AL2:
Transducer is over pressure. Check that the machine has not overfilled, identify if there is a leak in the inlet solenoid. Possible runaway SSR is overheating the steam tank.
