Steam X Transducer Change Firmware (1.04 and newer)

Steam X Transducer Change Firmware (1.04 and newer)

This program defaults to read an Eltek transducer. If this program is used to replace an existing Steam X control board we need to switch to read the Honeywell transducer.

If the wrong transducer is chosen in the programming this will cause an over run of the heaters which will blow the pressure relief valve.

Process for changing the transducer:

1. Hold the toggle encoder from the main menu for 10 seconds to enter into the technician programming.

2. Scroll to "Max Pressure"

3. 2Bar is Eltek, 100PSI is Honeywell.

4. Identify the current Transducer

5. Set the "Max Pressure" Accordingly.

All boards sent out must identify which transducer the customer is using and program accordingly.
