Objective:
When servicing or replacing the parts listed below. SLAYER recommends applying a layer of thermal paste to reduce ambient heat absorption. 

Time:
5 mins

Parts:
  1. 615001090 - HEAT TRANSFER PASTE (10 GR)
  2. Solid State Relay (SSR):
    1. 30005-20011 SOLID STATE RELAY, 20A, 24VDC
    2. 30000-20050 RELAY,SOLID STATE,40A
  3. High Limit Switch, threads only:
    1. 30000-20251 THERMOSTAT,110C
    2. 30000-20261 THERMOSTAT, 25A, 145C, STEAM TANK
  4. Power Supply:
    1. 30000-20004 POWER SUPPLY, 350W, MW, UHP



Tools:
  1. Thermal Paste or similar silicone-free heat sink compound rated at -40c to 200c.
  2. Small Brush
Example:
Apply a homogeneous layer of thermal paste to the backside of SSR, power supply, and high limit switch threads.
