Wing Replacement, Steam Series

Wing Replacement

Time Needed: 1 hour

Tools Needed: #10 allen wrench, 10mm socket driver, Torque wrench set to 40 ft pounds, #1 phillips head screw driver




Shut down machine and turn off water, disconnect from power

Elevate machine, We use a 1x6 plywood base. 


Using a #10 allen wrench loosen two bolts on bottom side of wing. Do not completely remove bolts and continue to next step


Remove screws attaching the cup rail to the wing. Remove the cup rail completely so remove all 6 screws on both sides. 



Once the cup rail is removed, remove the wing. 

Install new wing, install the bottom bolts and leave loose

Install cup rail

Tighten wing bolts with a torque wrench set to 40 Foot Pounds
