Pump Port Test, Single Group

Testing Pump Port on Circuit Board
Time Needed: 10 Minutes

Tools Needed: #2 Phillips Screwdriver
                          Multi meter

Step 1: Get to the Circuit Board
Remove the cup tray
Unscrew the two screws below the display and rock back the back panel
Keep the display plugged in and rest the back panel where you can reach it and won't get damaged


#1 - Main power - 24v DC from power supply
#2 - Relay
#3 - Display ribbon cable
#4 - Transducer
#5 - Level probe
#6 - Switches
#7 - RTD
#8 - Pump
#9 - Solenoids

Locate the circuit board and disconnect #8 

Step 2:  Test  Pump Port on Circuit Board 

Where the pump plugs into the board we are going to work from top to bottom with numbers 1, 2, 3, & 4.

You should have a constant 24 vdc from the #1 and #4 spots and a constant 18.5 dcv from #1 and #2.
Measuring #3 & #4 will give you the signal voltage that will increase as you increase the pump pressure.

Put in a blind and measure #3 & #4 and have someone increase the pump pressure.
you should see the 1.2 or so volts increase.
