Adjusting Pump - Espresso Single (Classic) - Pre-January 2020
Objective:
Adjust pump on Espresso Single Group (Classic) featuring a 24vDC magnetic gear pump via the Brew Pump Pressure setting. Adjusting pump to 10 bars with a blank portafilter results in 9 bars at the group during coffee extraction.

- 99004-58031 Pump Assembly, Single Group (new)
Tools:
- Blank Portafilter
Step 1 - Enter Programing:
- Press the Circle to enter programming.
- Scroll to Brew Pump Pressure.
- Press circle to adjust percentage value.
- Delta, <>, indicators will appear around numerical value.
- Engage blank portafilter in group head.
- Actuate to Full Brew (far left brewing position).
- Increase % value to raise pump pressure.
- Decrease % value to reduce pump pressure.
- Typically Brew Pump Percentage values are ~15~30%.

Reminder! Adjusting pump to 10 bars with a blank portafilter results in 9 bars at the group during coffee extraction.
- Press circle to save Brew Pump Percentage.
- Actuate group to return to barista dashboard.
