Slayer recommends that all service be performed by an experienced Slayer Espresso trained technician.
Objective:
The Love Controller on the SLAYER V3 is the PID controller for both the pre-heat (SD1/Out1) and steam tanks (SD2/Out2). This guide outlines wiring connections, programing, and troubleshooting.
Programing & Settings:

30000-20220 LOVE CONTROLLER, PREHEAT AND STEAM

Probe Inputs:
1 -SD1 - Signal from the preheat thermocouple. (T1: orange band)
2 - SD2 - Signal from steam tank thermocouple. (T2: red band)
3 - Common
Power Supply:
4 - Pre-Heat & Steam Tank SSR through power bundle.
5 - Power Supply (Jumper to 8 & 11)
Outputs:
7 - Out1- Signal to Pre-Heat SSR
8 - Power Supply Jumper
10 - Out2 - Signal to Steam Tank SSR
11 - Power Supply Jumper

Additional common wires may be present at 4 and 5.
Outputs:
7 - Power Supply Jumper
8 - Signal to Pre-Heat SSR
10 - Power Supply Jumper
11 - Signal to Steam Tank SSR
Troubleshooting:
There is no error prompt for incorrect wiring or crossed thermocouple connections. Symptoms caused by crossed wires include under or overheated steam and pre-heat tanks.
