Panel Installation - Single Group
Single Group Panel Installation
Slayer recommends that all service be performed by an experienced Slayer Espresso trained technician.
Objective:
Install and remove panels for maintenance, service, and panel replacement.
Please contact Slayer Tech Support before proceeding as many troubleshooting techniques do not require full panel removal. Due to the cosmetic nature of these components extra care must be taken to ensure assembly does not affect surface finishes. This guide begins with the Single Group skeleton. To remove panels, follow guide in descending order.
It is recommended during installation or service of panels that the machine be drained and disconnected from power and inline water turned off.

- Determine left and right side panels and X legs.
- These are interchangeable by design however it is best to assemble them, including hardware, off the machine.
When installing new X legs and/or side panels purchased from Slayer's Spare Parts Department. You may need to chase threads to remove access finishing material.

- Center display assembly on rear panel and gently tighten four (4) display screws. Addition of a new display glass gasket may be necessary. Location indicated by arrows in image below.
- Connect ribbon cable into display assembly.
- Install rear panel. Confirm bottom rear panel securely rests on the inverted support pins attached to the base plate. Tighten panel support screws, #2 philips.
Step 6:
