  2. 11: 46003-10001 WASHER, SPRING, M10, ACETAL
  3. 10: 46003-10002 WASHER, FLAT, 18-8 SS, Ø7/16"

  6. 6: 46003-10003 O-RING, PTFE, DASH NUMBER 237

Step 1:
  1. With a large flathead screw driver, remove shoulder bolt lock screw and verify actuator stack is correct.
  2. Two acetal conical washers (Part #11) face each other (convex sides touching).
  3. Followed by flat washer (Part #10).

Step 2:
  1. If actuator drifts or has lateral play. Shims may be required.
  2. Insert 1 - 3 (max) shims to adjust tension. (Part #9)
Warning
Overtightening shoulder bolt lock screw does not affect tension or lateral play.

Troubleshooting:

Poor actuation symptoms:
  1. Actuator drifting towards the OFF position on its own.
  2. Lateral actuator movement.
  3. Actuator hub rubbing against X arm.
  4. Weak steam.
Mechanical resolution measures:
  1. Verify actuator stack (+shims) is in the correct orientation.
    1. Step 1 & 2.
  2. O-ring and actuator ramp are SLAYER lubed and in working order.
    1. Part #6 & #7.
  3. Service steam valve.
