Steam Single Start Up Guide - Updated 5/19/2025

Please review start up guide prior to plugging in machine! SLAYER Steam Singles arrive completely empty and require ~two full reservoirs of water to saturate brew tank and complete steam tank fill cycle.
- Fill water reservoir to Max Level.
- Water reservoir o-rings are stiff when new! Press firmly to fully engage water reservoir.
- Plug in machine to properly rated circuit per machine's specifications.
- Turn ON machine.
- Pump will activate for a brief moment.
- Firmware and machine data will flash on display.
- <OFF> will appear:
- Scroll display encoder knob to the right to digitally turn machine ON.
- Actuate brew group to Full-Brew (far left position):
- Allow water to fully saturate group - this may take 45s to a minute.
- Once water is flowing freely from group.
- Brew tank and group is fully saturated.
- Remove and refill reservoir to Max Level.
- Scroll left using the display encoder knob and enter Technical Menu using the password: 80000
- Scroll to the right for Heater Control:
- Turn ON <Brew> and <Steam> heaters.
- Once steam heater is turned ON - steam tank autofill circuit will activate (pump kicks on!).
- Steam tank autofill circuit may take 45s to a minute to complete.
- Both tanks will begin heating and arrive at set temperature and pressure in 15 minutes.
