Plumb Kit Installation - Steam Single


Technicians guide to installing optional plumb kit. - SLAYER Steam Single

Objective:
This guide details installation instructions for the SLAYER Steam Single. Please read all steps prior to service!

Tools:
  1. #2 Philips Screwdriver
  2. Adjustable Wrench
  3. Hex Socket
Time:
  1. 30-45 minutes
Step 1 - Remove Panels:
Warning
Turn machine OFF and unplug from power source.
  1. Using the buddy system, place the machine on a block.
  2. Remove upper and lower rear panel.

  1. Total of four (4) screws.

  1. Once the two bottom rear panel screws are removed, tilt the panel to unhook it from the lower base pins.


Step 2 - Disconnect Reservoir:
  1. Remove any FEP tubing 220000022 and check valve 532664200F (set aside check valve for later). You may remove reservoir assembly 713720000 if desired.

Step 3 - Install Inlet Assembly 86035-10000:
  1. Remove plate 13035-10370 and 2x screws 44005-10250 (set screws aside for later use)

  1. Install bracket 13035-10030 (which should already have solenoid 533897400 attached) with opening toward back of machine.

  1. Slide the included hose 532664200F through the chassis base and attach to solenoid 533897400.

  1. Connect Solenoid to Pump
Step 4 - Connect Solenoid to Pump:


  1. Using ~1.5” length of FEP tube 220000022 (must be cut to length) connect solenoid 533897400 to the first check valve 532664200F
  2. Using ~6” length of FEP tube 220000022 (must be cut to length) connect the first check valve to the second check valve, both 532664200F
  3. Using ~1.5” length of FEP tube 220000022 (must be cut to length)
    connect second check valve 532664200F to pump 30004-10170
Step 5 - Connect harness to solenoid:
  1. Wire solenoid with connections EV1N.
  1. Disconnect harness LS from reservoir sensor. Plug supplied jumper into this board connection.


Step 6 - Install Plumbed Drain Outlet:
  1. Using 2x screw 44005-10100 and 2x nut 44000-36520, install 86035-10001 onto Chassis Base 13035-10001

  1. Using a #2 Philips Screwdriver and a 7mm Hex Socket.
  2. Route hoses 40000-32170 and 532306100F as necessary.
Idea
Ensure that the drain hose is properly positioned with a hole under the machine, or the drip tray assembly will not be able to be reinstalled.
  1. Reinstall drip tray assembly 99035-00010.
    1. Remove cap 713108000 before reinstallation of the drip tray assembly.
Step 5 - Raise Feet
  1. Unscrew all four rubber feet 1/2". 
  2. Install supplied hex nuts between rubber feet and baseplate.
Step 5: Check For Leaks!
  1. Turn on the water source, power on the machine and check all connections for leaks (be sure to check drain side)
  2. Reinstall Drip Tray assembly 99035-00010, rear upper panel 13035-10240, and rear lower panel 13035-10310
